"Indian River Industrial Center is a new, locally owned, 13 acre industrial site, centrally located in beautiful Indian River County, Florida. This site is zoned IG (General Industrial) and is located in Florida's newest Enterprise Zone, giving businesses the opportunity to receive tax credits and refunds from the State of Florida, Department of Revenue, simply for locating or re-locating their business into the "Zone".

Indian River Industrial Center (IRIC) has seven buildable lots in varying sizes, with Vero Millwork, a door and trim company, occupying lot 5 (a 2 acre site) as the anchor tenant. Lots 2 through 4 are designed for one 25,000 and one 20,000 square foot building, respectfully. (see "Documents Page" for design and layout). Each building can be subdivided into 2500 square foot units.

With concrete tilt wall construction, offsite retention, Enterprise Zone incentives and convenient location on the County's newly expanded 41st Street Corridor, IRIC promises to be one of the most desirable new locations for businesses.

Currently, Lot 1 (a 1 acre site), Lot 6 (a 1.34 acre site) and Lot 7 (a 1.42 acre site) have not been through final design but are available to interested parties on a design build basis or by using our design."
